1. Factory warranty · 2 years

KEDA LED provides a 2-year warranty for its displays. The warranty start date, covered components, exclusions, spare-parts provision and responsibility for freight must be stated in your written quotation or order agreement. Confirm these details for your model and destination before placing an order.

2. Start a technical support request

Email info@kedaled.com or submit an after-sales request. Include the model, serial number if available, order reference, destination and a description of the issue. Photos or videos showing the display, power connection and fault are useful and can be shared by email or WhatsApp.

Never share passwords, payment details or identity documents. Do not open energized equipment; follow the approved safety and installation instructions for the model.

3. Diagnosis and service route

Our team will discuss the reported symptoms and the applicable order terms with you. The service route may involve configuration guidance, replacement parts, repair or return, depending on the issue and the agreed coverage. Parts availability, response times and delivery costs are confirmed for each case.

4. Return authorization

Contact us for return instructions before sending equipment or parts. Confirm the approved return address, reference number, packaging, carrier and shipping responsibilities in writing. A support inquiry alone is not authorization to return a product.

5. Delivery inspection

Inspect packaging and equipment upon receipt. If you see transit damage, document the packaging, shipping label and affected equipment, retain the packaging and contact our team and the carrier. Applicable claim deadlines and responsibility depend on the carrier and the agreed shipping terms.

6. Confirm your spare-parts plan

Ask for the parts list, module compatibility and any agreed spare-parts quantity in your quotation. The spare-parts quantity and shipping responsibilities are agreed in the order documents. Any mandatory rights under applicable law remain unaffected.
