Start with pitch and resolution
Pixel pitch is the distance between neighbouring LED pixels. The HB-X series offers 2.5, 1.86, 1.538 and 1.25 mm pitches, all in a 640 × 1920 mm active display area.
Within this fixed format, a smaller pitch increases the listed pixel resolution. It does not increase the cabinet size. Compare the source specifications below before choosing a model.
| Model | Pixel pitch | Resolution | Peak / average power |
|---|---|---|---|
| HB-X2.5 | 2.5 mm | 256 × 768 px | 430 W / 145 W |
| HB-X1.86 | 1.86 mm | 344 × 1032 px | 450 W / 150 W |
| HB-X1.53 | 1.538 mm | 416 × 1248 px | 550 W / 185 W |
| HB-X1.25 | 1.25 mm | 512 × 1536 px | 650 W / 220 W |
Describe the viewing conditions
Provide the closest and typical viewing distances, the space around the display and a sample of the content. Small text and detailed graphics need a different review from large images and short headlines.
There is no verified minimum viewing distance for these models in the supplied brochure. Ask to review your actual content and viewing conditions rather than treating a pitch-based rule of thumb as a product guarantee.
- Closest and typical audience positions
- Text size, graphics and video content
- Portrait layout and the source media format
- Ambient light and installation environment
Design for the portrait canvas
The active display area has a 1:3 width-to-height ratio. Plan your composition for a tall portrait canvas rather than assuming a standard 16:9 video will fill it without cropping or empty space.
Use the selected model’s pixel resolution to prepare your media. For a multi-unit layout, confirm the combined canvas and controller configuration before exporting content.
Review power and the complete configuration
The brochure lists model-specific peak and average power values. These are useful for comparison; actual consumption depends on content, brightness settings and operating conditions. Ask your installation team to confirm the electrical requirements.
GOB protection, the mobile cabinet and the supported publishing methods are shared across the listed LED models. Controller selection, optional HDMI or 4G, joined layouts and any folding or battery configuration need confirmation in the project quotation.
Send a useful selection request
Include your application, quantity, destination country, viewing distances, sample content and required timeline. If you have not selected a pitch, describe the project in the inquiry form and ask the team to recommend a model.
Ask for the agreed model, controller, optical specifications, power requirements, packing and warranty terms in writing before placing an order.
