Explain the project and quantity
Describe where the display will be used, how it will be positioned, how close viewers will stand and how many units you need. Include the destination country, port if known and required project date.
A required date is an input to the discussion, not a confirmed lead time. Ask for the production and shipping schedule in the written quotation.

- Quantity and model, or a request for advice
- Viewing distances and sample media
- Destination country, port and required date
Specify control and any joined layout
Tell the team whether each unit will show separate content or whether several units should work as a joined display. Include the number of units, arrangement, input sources and desired media canvas.
Request the controller model, total pixel load, supported layout and publishing software. Confirm whether HDMI, 4G or other options are included rather than assuming an optional feature is standard.
Ask for a complete packing and freight scope
Ask which packing type is included and how many units fit in each case. Request packed dimensions, gross weight and total volume for your planned shipment.
Confirm the agreed shipping terms and who handles freight, insurance, import clearance and local delivery. Published cabinet net weight is not a substitute for shipment gross weight.
- Packing type and units per case
- Packed dimensions, gross weight and CBM
- Freight destination and shipping terms
- Included accessories and agreed spare-parts list
Define acceptance and required documents
List the drawings, installation instructions, model-specific conformity documents and inspection evidence your project requires. The applicable documents depend on the destination and the selected configuration.
Request the agreed optical and electrical specifications, warranty period, coverage and RMA freight responsibilities in writing. The website does not replace the accepted quotation or order terms.
Send the request and keep the scope together
Use the inquiry form to send the project details, or contact info@kedaled.com to discuss drawings and media samples. The form offers separate product-inquiry and engineering-document categories.
When comparing quotations, check that each one covers the same model, control options, packing, accessories and delivery terms. Ask the team to resolve any missing items before you approve the order.
Product documents & next steps
